Ensure financial and accounting control at Corporate Level through following -

o Review of company accounts on a periodic basis and ensured periodic preparation of the consolidated financial statements in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards and Accounting Principles.
o Smooth conduct of Statutory Audit (incl. IFC) and Internal Audits including and not limited to the preparation of audit plan, preparation of audit schedules, coordination with other departments and satisfactory resolution of issues.
o Providing resolution/remarks for all the queries raised by Auditor. Ensuring there are no audit points and timely closure of the same if there are any observations.
o Ensuring accurate and timely Monthly & Quarterly Closing and maintaining Balance Sheet Integrity.
o Timely & Accurate closure of books of Accounts
o Trial Balance Review & Analysis with detailed remarks for major variances with respect to prior periods and forecasts.
o Proper Schedules & back-ups for each Balance sheet GL line items with ageing.
o Ensure adequate backups are available for all accounting information and necessary reconciliations and validations/verifications have been carried on and documented to satisfy the requirements of Balance Sheet integrity.
o Provide timely and accurate information for Schedules and notes to accounts on a quarterly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:
CA with 2 to 4 yrs. of practical experience in handling financial accounting and reporting in an industry of repute.
Conversant with Ind-AS
Good inter-personnel skills
Sound communication, coordination & reporting skills
Good knowledge of MS office required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision would be an added advantage.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
