Job Description :

  • Act as an individual contributor responsible for sales and servicing activities within the assigned region.
  • Drive business growth through face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Provide clients with meaningful opportunities to understand IndiaMART and its offerings.
  • Demonstrate the value addition that IndiaMART can bring to each client's business

  • Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
  • Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART.
  • Maximize revenue by onboarding & retaining clients and upselling other services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Offer digital marketing solutions to help clients grow their business.
  • Accurate mapping of products/services in client's e-catalog.
  • Daily 3-4 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite.
  • Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure.
  • Achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention/acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Prompt resolution of client queries

  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
