Job Description :
Act as an individual contributor responsible for sales and servicing activities within the assigned region.
Drive business growth through face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients.
Provide clients with meaningful opportunities to understand IndiaMART and its offerings.
Demonstrate the value addition that IndiaMART can bring to each client's business
What the Role offers :
The position holder will be an individual contributor.
Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART.
Maximize revenue by onboarding & retaining clients and upselling other services.
Key Responsibilities :
Offer digital marketing solutions to help clients grow their business.
Accurate mapping of products/services in client's e-catalog.
Daily 3-4 in person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite.
Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure.
Achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention/acquisition and revenue targets.
Prompt resolution of client queries
Critical Skills of Suitable Candidates :
Apply sales techniques in diverse business contexts.
Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Work independently with passion and drive to excel.
Demonstrate customer orientation and hunger to learn.
