Job Summary :-

- Candidate must have experience in Sourcing from Job portal like Naukri etc

- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates .

- Should be able to manage complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding

- Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate.

Desired Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in recruitment preferred.

- Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred.

- Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)

Qualification :-

- Any Graduate with minimum 1 year exp

Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
