Hiring For Senior Executive – Operations

Skill Sets / Requirements:

• Proactive problem solving and coaching skills
• Analytical bent of mind with good hold on numbers and calculations
• Comfortable in working with spreadsheets (MS Excel / Google Sheets) and slides (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibility Areas:

Working will be as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) handling a pool of 25-30 freelancer associates. Key responsibilities shall include:

• Identification and implementation of measures to enhance process efficiency
• Ideate and provide inputs in improving the training content
• Identifying process improvement areas, solutions and coordinating with relevant stakeholders for the implementation
• Ensuring adherence to quality SOPs
• Quality related objection handling of the associates
• Resolution of issues/tickets of the associates
• Preparing weekly/monthly reports and presenting them to the management
• Benchmarking, articulating, and implementing best practices related to process operations
