Roles & Responsibilities- Independently set hiring strategies for all Leadership positions
- Look after hiring pipeline independently and/with vendors/retainers
- Manage CXOs and CXO minus ones for all unmanned open positions
- Be on top of things on each position you are working on regardless of the skill search
- Do whatever it takes to get candidates onboard
- Drive clarity on market and candidate pool for all stakeholders on all position.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Any graduate (B.Tech or MBA preferred)Experience: 1-4 years of core recruitment experience required;Boolean search master
Stakeholder management is key and business criticalExperience with multiple sourcing platforms is a must - Linkedin, Naukri, Hirist, Belong.co, Stackoverflow, Hackerearth, Hackerrank etc.Good communication skillsRole:Recruitment Executive
