  • Independently set hiring strategies for all Leadership positions
  • Look after hiring pipeline independently and/with vendors/retainers
  • Manage CXOs and CXO minus ones for all unmanned open positions
  • Be on top of things on each position you are working on regardless of the skill search
  • Do whatever it takes to get candidates onboard
  • Drive clarity on market and candidate pool for all stakeholders on all position.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Any graduate (B.Tech or MBA preferred)
Experience: 1-4 years of core recruitment experience required;
Boolean search master

Stakeholder management is key and business critical
Experience with multiple sourcing platforms is a must - Linkedin, Naukri, Hirist,, Stackoverflow, Hackerearth, Hackerrank etc.
Good communication skills
